I Travel, I iTrain

Travel used to wreck havoc with my fitness routine. And that awful readjustment period getting back into the gym? Painful! But now I kiss all that goodbye! With iTrain, I can download my favorite Hollywood trainers and classes to my ipod - or any MP3 player - and bring them with me on the road. The website offers over 130 workout programs, everything from treadmill, elliptical, stair-climber, free weights, stretching....you name it.

The option to download 20, 40, or 60 minute workouts is fantastic because my free time is so limited when I'm off on a shoot that a full hour workout is rarely an option. And at 99 cents a pop, what’s not to love?! It must be all my years as a dancer, but I'm one of those gym goers who thrives on great music and a fantastic instructor leading me on. iTrain gives me that, even when I'm alone in my hotel room.
I moved to LA and became addicted to yoga (I think it’s a prerequisite) and hands down, Joseph Seeman teaches the best yoga class in Hollywood. iTrain lets me download his class and take him with me on the road. How happy am I? More centered and blissed out, that’s for sure. Given the stresses of travel these days, it’s a beautiful thing!

The only annoying thing is that now I've no more excuses not to work out when I’m traveling. But isn't guilt a good motivator? If you want a Hollywood trainer without having to pay the price, follow the lead of Courtney Cox, The Pussycat Dolls, and Mark McGrath and check out iTrain.
